As CEO and Founder of Epizon Strategy Solutions, Caroline creates tailor-made solutions for small to world-wide corporations within the spheres of business results, high performance teams, resilience, cyber security and mindset resulting in positive impact on over 176,000 lives.

Caroline’s “15 Year Mission” project includes being the CEO and Founder of Safe In Harm’s Way. Safe In Harm’s Way is a two-time Outstanding Organization winner of the Purple Ribbon awards. This Kansas City based nonprofit, uses Caroline’s trauma-informed certification to create online and secure resources for people navigating the sadness, worries, lies, screaming, fear and pain of domestic violence. Premiering in Times Square, and spreading across the country, Caroline and team launched three unique campaigns for diversified communities related to domestic violence, achieving over one billion impressions and opportunities for immediate and actionable solutions; receiving multiple awards, including four Anthem Awards and two Manny Awards for the marketing and media efforts.
